Current Situation: This organization had made prior investments in an Event Bus system. They had a mature implementation and seasoned resources to manage it. However, they needed a modern front-end interface for creating accounts and initiating access requests.
Impact:The existing process involved manual intervention in creating accounts and assigning access. There was a team dedicated to managing this operation.
Resolution: GCA collaborated with their Event Bus team to define how the two systems would communicate in this project. Next, GCA set up the IDM front end, including the account creation and access requests processes. The organization can conveniently add new applications with limited IDM expertise required with this setup.
